Existing Market

1.    The next step in terms of products and services would be to expand my products to something that everyone can relate to, and that is not just for women. For my next venture, I will go through a similar process with the government to create accessibility of products that many people need but do not get because they are not free. I would like to provide free condoms in public spaces.

	What do you think is the next step for my venture?	What should I be doing that I am not planning to do?	I think that customers would want free condoms next, what do you think?
1.    My aunt, 43 years old	I think the next step is to create this business.	I think you should make your business separate from the government and work from profit.	I think that’d be a great idea.
2.    My 14 year old sister	I think you need to work on solidifying this business first before you go onto another venture.	I like your ideas and think you should start on the company as soon as you can.	I like that you are thinking about expanding your market, but I think you should see how this goes before you expand.
3.    My friend, 21 years old	You should expand your business to providing public spaces with condoms, too.	You should set an amount of employees that you think you will hire and hire them.	I think that that would be a good direction to take your company in.

3.    I would like to talk about how I will establish my business and then talk about where I’d like to go from there. Firstly, I need to work with the government to make a policy that will raise taxes by a small amount and then channel that money into the company. The company will be a non-profit, and we will get paid by the government. I’d like to hire employees and establish contacts with the companies that carry and sell feminine hygiene care products.

Based on my own expectations and the feedback I received from customers, I know what kind of direction I want to go in. After I establish my business, I will choose whether I want to expand or not. If I do expand, I will expand to providing free condoms in public spaces.

New Market

1.    I think a new market I could target would be a more specific one, such as female teens. I would adjust my company idea to be making lingerie for teens. By doing this, I would be targeting a more affluent part of society as well.  

2.    I think that this venture concept would inspire young women to love their own bodies and feel sexy.

	How do you think my business might meet customers’ needs?	What kinds of adaptations do you think I should make to be successful in this new market?
1.    My sister’s friend, 17	I think this business would be a great idea because you are inspiring confidence in young women.	I think that you need to think of a specific strategy for advertising.
2.    My sister’s friend, 16	I think there is a gap in this market and that your company would fill it.	I like your idea and I think you need to create this business as soon as you can!

4.    I think that this new market would be a great direction for my business. I was afraid of some of the feedback because I thought it might be harsh. On the contrary, the feedback I got helped me solidify my ideas about the directions I want to take my company in.
