1. Firstly, I will describe five characteristics of my human
capital that makes me unique:
- I am an empath; I feel other
people’s pain, joy, and everything in between.
- I am personable; I enjoy talking to all sorts of people who
come from any walk of life.
- I try to be as nonjudgmental as possible; I try to leave all my
prejudices and biases behind when I talk to someone.
- I am sincere; I genuinely care about every interaction I have.
- I am a hard worker and a great listener.
2. Since I was not able to voice record the recordings, I
included written recordings of each of the interviews.
Interview #1: Natu Tweh, 21
Alyna: Hi Natu,

Alyna: I want to ask you about my human capital for this
assignment. What makes me me? This

NT: You’re super invested in everything, and you show great
concern for others all the time. You’re super bubbly and understanding and love
to assist others in understanding themselves. You are very honest and you make
it known that you expect the same respect and honesty from everyone else.

Interview #2: Marriah Alcantara, 20
Alyna: Hi Marriah, thanks for participating
in this.
MA: No problem.
Alyna: I will ask you about my human capital for this
assignment. What makes me me? This
can include anything regarding knowledge, skills, abilities, and emotions.
MA: You’re really good at expressing what's going on in
your head, whether it's visually or verbally. You share your emotions, and I
think you try to be transparent with how you feel about things. You care a lot
about maintaining the relationships you have. You have artistic talent and you
are very creative.

Interview #3: Justin Taub, 17
Alyna: Hi Justin, thanks for participating

JT: My pleasure.

assignment. What makes me me? This

JT: I think you’re a really sensitive person. You care for
people deeply and you put your all into everything you do.
Alyna: That’s very sweet, thank you.
Interview #4: Gaby Mendoza, 20
Alyna: Hi Gabby, thanks for participating

GM: No problem.
Alyna: I will ask you about my human capital for this
assignment. What makes me me? This

GM: I think your enthusiastic for everything and I
think you're very empathetic too like you really like listening to other people
and you truly understand how they're feeling.
Alyna: Thank you, Gaby!
Interview #5: Rachael Tonietto, 22
Alyna: Hi Rachael, thank you so much for participating in this

RT: No problem.

RT: To me, your unique in that you have the ability to stay in tune with your emotions and
confront them head on.
Alyna: Thank you, Rachael!
3. Reflection: Every single person that I interviewed is
prominent in my life, and I am thankful to have them see me for who I am. I felt that all of the interviewees
encapsulated varying aspects of my personality. I think that everything that I
included in my list as well adequately summed me up, even after hearing all the
interviewees’ opinions of me.
